I started in 1976, working at my father’s glass shop on weekends, after school, and during summer breaks. We fabricated, supplied, and installed every variety of aluminum window and door. When I purchased a branch of the company in 1983, my goal was clear: to assemble a team of skilled craftspeople dedicated to improving the lives of their families while building quality, cutting-edge products. Today, when I see the results of my team’s focus both in the precision of their work and in the time they enjoy with their families I know we have succeeded.
