We target a 4-6 week lead time for our custom-built window and door products. These manufacturing times may vary slightly according to the complexity of your order. We understand that a quality product is best appreciated when delivered promptly and at a fair price. Our automated and semi-automated equipment allows for fast production and short delivery schedules, with standard finishes in stock and ready for fabrication.

We recommend contacting your dealer directly for assistance with previously purchased Monumental products. Dealers can access technical training and support by contacting Monumental.
The principal business of any dealer registered with Monumental Windows and Doors must be the retail sale and installation of window & door products. Your business facility must include a warehouse suitable for product storage and delivery. All Monumental Windows and Doors products must be installed by licensed installers, with appropriate training and a minimum of five years’ experience installing aluminum windows and doors. The dealer must also meet insurance requirements. Complete the application form and send it to info@monumentalwd.com to be considered for our non-exclusive dealer registry.
