Monumental in Collaboration with JB Finish

Monumental and JB Finish recently completed a project on a home at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, CA—home to some of the most beautifully architected residences in the world.
There is one prominent feature that is central to this property’s uniqueness. At the center of the home’s greeting room, looking out toward an open yard and pool area, our custom-made sliding glass doors were installed to create the ideal indoor-outdoor living experience with the views to match. The residents were in for a really big treat upon seeing the end results. “The owners really gave us high praise for the products and the work. They were very happy with what we did for them,” says JB Finish Manager Jacob Broyles.
Unique Monumental Heights

The Valley’s Biggest Installation to Date
“We usually take Monumental’s high-end windows and doors and put them in $10, $20, even $30-million homes. The exception with this particular Vintage Club home was that it involved one of the tallest Sublinear Sliding Door Systems yet to be installed anywhere in the valley, maxing out at 15 feet tall,” says John Broyles—JB Finish President. The sliding glass pocket door motor function that operates with just a touch of a button advertises very narrow sightlines. He continues: “That’s exactly what these contemporary homeowners are looking for these days, so we’re pretty proud of that.”
